Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of MEDIKIT Hub and any order you place with us. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Who we are
MEDIKIT Hub is a dental and medical supplies retailer operating in Egypt. Contact: info@medikithub.com.
2. Who may buy
Some products we sell are intended for use by qualified dental and medical professionals. By ordering professional-use items you confirm you are qualified to use them, or are buying on behalf of someone who is. We may ask for professional credentials before fulfilling certain orders.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe products as accurately as we can, using manufacturer information. Packaging, shade and presentation may change without notice when a manufacturer updates a product. Images are indicative. If a delivered item differs materially from its description, it falls under our Return Policy.
4. Prices
- Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm
- Prices can change; the price that applies is the one displayed when you place the order
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before charging you, and you may cancel
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify your details, or if we suspect fraud — you will be refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken through our payment provider at checkout or on delivery, depending on the method you choose. We do not store card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See Shipping Information. Risk passes to you on delivery.
8. Returns
Governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Clinical responsibility
We supply products. We do not provide clinical advice. Selecting the right material for a case, and using it correctly, is the professional judgement of the treating clinician. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for use.
10. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
11. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, layout, and our branding — belongs to MEDIKIT Hub. Manufacturer trademarks and product images belong to their respective owners.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
