Shipping & delivery
We ship across Egypt. Clinical goods are packed with their handling and shelf-life requirements in mind — temperature-sensitive items travel insulated, and sharps and glass are packed to survive the trip.
Delivery times

Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Friday are dispatched Saturday.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. The amount shown before you confirm is the amount you pay.
Order tracking
You will receive a tracking reference by email once your order is dispatched. You can also check status any time from Track Your Order or from your account.
Receiving your order
Please inspect the package before signing. If the outer box is damaged, note it with the courier at the point of delivery — it makes any later claim straightforward. Report damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.
Bulk and equipment orders
Large equipment (chairs, autoclaves, compressors) is delivered on a scheduled basis rather than by standard courier. We will contact you to arrange a delivery window.
