Order details — delivery address, billing address, order history
Payment data — handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and secure

To process, pack and deliver your orders
To contact you about an order, a delivery or a return
To meet Egyptian tax and record-keeping obligations
To detect and prevent fraud
To send offers and product news — only if you opt in, and you can opt out from any email

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with parties who need it to fulfil your order:

Courier and logistics partners — name, address, phone number
Payment processors — to take payment
Government authorities — where the law requires it

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as Egyptian commercial and tax law requires. Account data is kept while your account is active. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove everything we are not legally obliged to retain.
